Permissions Error Accessing Dashboard

Hi There,

I have looked at multiple posts about this problem but cannot find the solution I need.

I installed your Demo version as it sets the site up nicely to work around, but then I suddenly lost all permissions and am now unable to even get into the dashboard to restore it. Can anyone explain how to fix this?
