PhP error Oblivion Theme

So I am in no way or form a PhP coder. I am a simple plain old Word press user. The other day I was using a Word press theme and I kept getting an error on the functions.php. The error is as follows:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_REQUIRE_ONCE in
/home/a8137035/public_html/wp-content/themes/Oblivion/functions.php on line 1

I simply have no idea how to fix it. Furthermore as a side note I host my website on 000webhost.com and I think that is what might be getting in the way. I have absolutely no idea what is wrong with it.. Please help me. Here’s the full Functions.php
