Posts add header image to the bottom of the post

Since updating to the latest version of the theme I noticed the following behavior.

When adding a header image to the post, the header image gets added to the bottom of the post right under comments. Is this expected behavior? This is in Chrome.

Also, on the main page, I get a tag between where the main page ends and where the footer starts. I can only see this in Chrome / cannot reproduce in Firefox nor Safari.
