Question about Ubermenu

Hi guys,
im using ubermenu plugin on my website
and im trying to make the menu to look like the Demo with all the content and submenues,
i added a picture to explain
in Black: this is a normal menu and i create it no problem,
in Red : cant fight out how to create it, even on ubermenu guides, maybe i miss something?
does the submenues should be Categories/Tags instead of Pages?
in green: same to Red color, how im do that? by categories or tags under the Posts section?
