Questions on Tournaments

Hi,
I’ve gone through the forum to see if these topics were answered and I don’t think it was.

1) When a user join a tournament (single or with his team), and he challenges someone else, the ” match date” only shows the date when the other one accept the challenge
I would like to know if it is possible for users to set up the date on which they will challenge (picture 1)

2) This concerns Team tournaments :
Once the tournament has started, even if the user is not the administrator of the team he can leave a tournament. Is it possible to prevent that from happening and only restricting it to the administrator ? (picture 2,3)
