I would like to know what happens when a project fails to meet its targeted goal?
Will all pledges return to their backers automatically or do I have to return all pledges by myself using the PayPal website?What if I have the “Enable collect fundings” option activated? Since I can receive the money before the goal (of a project) has been reached, will the pledges still be returned when the project does not meet its goal?
