Re-Paying for Arcane Theme Support

I have a very simple question and after 6 months of bugs, I want to know if the Tournament section is now working properly.

I have refrained from purchasing extra support due to the FACT that they never seem to ever get it right. Now I’m not sure if they see purchasing support as a cash-cow or what, but you would think by now they would get the Tournaments I paid for right… and keep it that way.

Please tell me if they work on the current version and I will re-pay on Envato Marketplace but I don’t want to waste money like the last support session delivered.

I didn’t purchase all tournament packs to be let down like it feels I have been so truth time please!!!
