Registration, Captcha Issue – Captcha value not valid.

Apparently some members get this issue, and some dont. I myself did not receive that error message, but others did. I was able to recreate it but not sure where the issue lies.

I have registered with captcha and installed all the keys, the issues persists. Any idea whats causing this?
