send tournament result error

Hi, i try to insert Final Result from a team but when i click on send results, open a windows with black block. no place where to insert the final result. I try to send it, and it works. the only problem there is no place where insert Point. it happen after theme update, before was working.
I try to deactivate all plugin, but still not working.
Any idea?
