shortcodes, picture over project, 2languages, project alignment

Hello, I have some questions which I couldn’t find so far:

1. are there shortcodes or html code to create  2 or 3 columns (or tabs or arcordion) inside a page instead of using the page maker?

2. If you display one project, is there a way to put a picture over the whole project instead of integrate it via textfield only next to the funding box?

(It would be great to have a page builder for what you want to display where in the project)

3. Is it possible to have the theme in 2 languages including the login and celling process? For example if I use wpml plugin

4. is it somehow possible to view the whole list of projects in the same alignment as it looks when you display one project higlights? So the projects (with picture next to the text) underneath each other…
