Subcription built into user registration + SKRILL Account

Hi,

I bought your theme a few weeks back and I am really happy with it. I was wondering for more advise and to see if you can point me in the right direction.
I need my site to take a monthly/yearly subcriptions from my registered users, I was hoping if you had any ideas of what plugin that could facilitate this BUT has it built into your user register page form. or if you know if this is even possible.

Also I wanted to link up my SKRILL account rather than my paypal account. Can this be done also?
