Submitting scores

When I hit “TBD” to submit scores, it takes to a page where I can see a button saying “Submit scores”.
When I hit “submit scores” a window appears very briefly then disappears again. Same keeps on happening every time I click on “submitting scores”.

Whats the deal here?
