Team Creation for non Admin template not loading

Hello,
Wanted to I really love the theme!

Just had a little problem.
If a user (other than the admin) goes to create a team they get an infinite loop of the loading screen the says “Please wait while we prepare your template”. I thought this was a cache issue but after disabling all cache plugins and trying it again it’s still giving the same issue. Was hoping someone could shed some light on what’s happening?
When logged in as the admin it loads like it’s suppose to. I’m assuming it involves permissions.
