Template Email Registration Form

Hello. i want to change “message” when user register in my website for activate user account.
default is “Username: xxxxx Password: xxxxx Please click this link to activate your account: https://domain.com/mywebsitelinktoactivate”

i want to delete “Password” from email activate. thanks.
