Theme has caused us so many issues

We’ve spent countless hours and money trying to debug the problems that have occurred because of this theme. We don’t want to have to start over but that seems to be our only option right now. I don’t know if the developer of this theme is aware of all these issues but if he is, it would be much appreciated to be notified once the theme is much more stable.
