Theme update error Parse error: syntax error,

    I downloaded the latest edition overwritten the files via ftp when activated I get the following error

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /wp-content/themes/funding_press/themeOptions/admin/options-framework.php on line 1
