Tournaments Types not working.

Hi community, i bought the plugin to extend the types of tournmanets for battle royale / league / ladder / round robin, after install the plugin and creating the tournament then when the countdown to start tournament are done and if press on that tournament to check how everything looks and work the page are only loading all the time and nothing happen, as i can see its only works with ladder type, but the rest of them and even knockout stop working and have the same issue…
is there anyone from support that might give me some help to solve it or anyone from community?
