Unexpected pop up windows when making payments

When making payments to a campaign and using WePay, there are message windows that pop up before being taken to the WePay payment page.

First, when I hit the give not button, this is what pops up:

Next, when I hit close on the previous pop up message/window, this is what pops up next: https://snag.gy/H1TMZp.jpg – shows an empty or blank message/value

Lastly, I hit close on the previous pop up message/window, I am then taken to the WePay payment page.

Why is this happening and how can I fix?
Things to note:
1. I did not experience this until I updated to the most current version
2. This does not happen when paying by Stripe
3. I have the Use Rewards button (Theme Options) set to off
4. Users have reported the same error when trying to donate to a campaign via WePay.
5. I’ve also seen this occur when a project does not have a WePay account number associated with it.
