Updated arcane, lost half the toolbar in WP

Hi Skywarriors,

I just got the mail of the new update being available and followed the steps to install the newest version. Basically activating other theme, delete old version of arcane, install new one. But after I install it I lose half the toolbar in the admin panel and can’t even access it anymore through normal routes.

Now my only ways to access the needed pages are through
/wp-admin/update-core
/wp-admin/themes.php

etc

Screenshot added. Re-installing the WP core did not help. Reverting to old version of the theme does help for now.
