user not able to chance information

The user i am listing here after this post in a reply that’s hidden, the person is not able to change her settings. She must create a new password for this to apply these settings.

otherwise, she gets an error that not all fields are filled in. She wanted to delete her Facebook profile link as she signed up with her Facebook profile. ( something i also posted before as a high risk due the fact people can abuse those fetched ID links. )
