User Registration

I’m having issues, like there’s no page, but there’s a link on the sign in button that says “Sign up”. Am I missing something? It goes no where and I can’t find where to edit the link to put it to a registration page. There is a register page and three registration pages but nothing on them. Which brings me to, do I need a plugin for registering people to the site and how do I link that to their pages once they registered users. I can go to my admin user page/profile and I want to use the existing structure so this all works correctly. I looked in the support forums but I don’t see anything there about this. Maybe it’s one of the plugins I’m not using???? The only plugins I’m not using are , super socializer, woocommerce, wp discord, yoast seo…
