WPBakery not loading for editing and team creation?

Hi, I have tried using WPBakery to edit my site but it always tries to load and then fails, I have tried three seperate browsers. It also has the same issue when I try creating teams as it uses the same VC plugin I believe? I have attached an image showing what loads and what doesn’t when I am attempting to use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
