XML File is to large

The xml file is to large. It has over 9500 ids in it. Making meta-post table bloated. This has caused scripts to continue to run in background. There is no way to see these in the admin panel, but when looking at the ids jump to the 9600 plus and going to the backend the post-meta table and the post table are excessively high creating many other issues. suggest post a clean version of xml with only necessart demo info after cleaning all the post. xml is 1.5 mb in download, and newer version here on forum is 3.5 mb.. it timesout when loading as well.
